Burnbank
Cottage is a ‘But & Ben’ cottage of two adjoining cottages,
Burnbank Cottage East and Burnbank Cottage West. They are about 100
years old.
Burnbank Cottage East
Sleeps 3 to 4; two bedrooms, a kitchen/living – in front overlooking
the sea / at the back little garden, fields with cows and sheep - a sitting
room with fire place, bookcase with lots of
information, maps and binoculars.
There is a
bathroom with bath, toilet and
wash hand basin. There are storage heaters and all modern conveniences. The
washing machine is in the conservatory.
French
windows opening onto the back garden; a little front garden with wooden bench
and lovely views of Arran, passing boats and sometimes dolphins and seals;
back garden with a view on fields. Little shed with bikes and tools and baskets
for wood. The
house is nice and light and very dry.
